The older wind turbines are being given longer, more efficient blades that are generating more energy than ever. This also creates more jobs.

According to the American Wind Energy Association,

there were 15 repowering projects in 2017. Costs have also dropped 66% since 2009.

This means that people who are running wind farms are making their turbines more efficient. This doesn't seem like a lot, and it isn't. People aren't doing enough to stop climate change. However, we are stepping in the right direction, and this proves that climate change can be fought.
